From its “statuesque melody” to instrumental praise noting elements of Springsteen and the Eagles, Randy Rogers Band’s “Tequila Eyes” is deemed by Billboard as “one of the year’s most essential country songs,” and it just became the band’s latest song to hit number one on the Texas Regional Radio charts. “Tequila Eyes” is the third number one single off of the independently released ‘Nothing Shines Like Neon,’ which debuted in the Top 5 on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart.

The band will perform on The Recording Academy Texas Chapter’s GRAMMY Block Party on Thurs., Mar. 16, followed with a run of shows in the Midwest and a Stagecoach appearance in April. The six-piece plans to debut another single from ‘Neon’ in the coming weeks.
