NASHVILLE, TENN. — Randy Rogers Band has come full circle, releasing their new album, Homecoming, everywhere today (10/14). A love letter to the Texas band’s past planted firmly in their present, Homecoming serves as a 20th anniversary celebration for the Randy Rogers Band, honoring all that they have achieved and hinting at what’s to come.

LISTEN TO HOMECOMING HERE

Homecoming was helmed by producer Radney Foster, who helped Randy Rogers Band create and cement their sound with early albums like Rollercoaster. That sound remains on Homecoming with a few updates, keeping the Texas twang and heartfelt, soothing center the group is known for with a side of grit and frontman Randy Rogers’ voice at the center of it all.

Rogers co-wrote 10 of 11 songs on Homecoming, working with writers including Jack Ingram, Parker McCollum, Randy Montana and Jon Randall. Themes tackled on this poignant project include lost love, the passage of time and childhood memories, all rooted in bittersweet nostalgia.

Homecoming is finally here,” Rogers shares. “Get out your mums and garters, get a date and give it a listen. It will take you back to the basics of the Randy Rogers Band. We know who we are, and this album just feels like home.”

Fans have been hearing tracks from Homecoming for the past several months, starting with lead single “Picture Frames,” which was praised by Billboard as “timeless” and went to #1 at Texas Country radio, followed by “Nothing But Love Songs” and “Know That by Now.” The sentimental “Heart for Just One Team,” which chronicles the first Dallas Cowboys game Rogers attended as a child with his late father, has already becoming a fan favorite, touching the hearts of listeners who have experienced similar connections with their own parents.

Country Now declared that Randy Rogers Band is “returning to its roots” with Homecoming, while The Nash News noted that “there is a song on the album meant for everyone.” Describing Randy Rogers Band as “a Country rocking outfit unafraid to put a fresh spin on the classic Country formula,” Dallas Morning News calls Homecoming “a product of a band that’s picked up some new tricks and new perspectives.”

Homecoming has been featured in top-tier profiles from PEOPLE and American Songwriter, plus Randy Rogers Band will cover Texas Music Magazine‘s Fall issue 2022. Songs from the album have been highlighted by Billboard, Entertainment Tonight, Wide Open Country, The Boot and Whiskey Riff and have been featured on Amazon Music, Apple Music, Pandora, Spotify and Tidal playlists.

Randy Rogers Band is set to keep their rigorous touring schedule running through the end of the year with a number of stops in their home state of Texas as well as visits to Louisiana and Arizona. See the band’s full list of tour dates here.
