The single is accompanied by a 1970s inspired music video
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – River House Artists’ up-and-coming singer-songwriter Reid Haughton debuts with his groovy new single, “Day You Don’t,” available everywhere now. Accompanied by a music video, “Day You Don’t” is backed by a roaring choir with a rollicking guitar lick, reflecting Haughton’s Southern rock influences. Produced by Sadler Vaden and written by Haughton, Rivers Rutherford, Ben Foster and Joybeth Taylor, the soulful track with telecaster twang finds Haughton longing for the day his love interest realizes she can do better than the guy she is currently with, singing I get the feeling that you’re feeling something’s missing / but you’re too scared to let him go / and it’s a shame you think he’s good as you’ll be getting / but I can’t wait until the day you don’t.
