Singer/Songwriter Bobby Marquez Brings Smiles and Inspiration
To The Cast of Larry’s Country Diner
with Special Guest Hazel Daniels on March 18th
“I am so blessed to call these folks friends. Kicking back and telling stories, joking and singing along…it reminds me of my years hanging backstage at the Grand Ole Opry. The cast is truly family and so encouraging. What a great show!” shares Marquez.
The episode airing Thursday evening was made even more special by the presence of Country Music Hall of Fame star Charlie Daniels’ widow, Hazel, who joined in on the fun.
The good times include:
* Larry getting an ear worm (Bobby’s song he just couldn’t quit humming)
* Nadine making a special song request for Bobby
*And a souvenir from Bobby’s hometown that made their hair stand up.
This is the second visit to the diner for Bobby Marquez. The first time was in 2011 when he sang on the show with Janie Fricke.
Larry’s Country Diner can be seen on RFD-TV and streamed on www.directv.com.
This television appearance kicks off an exciting 2021 for Bobby Marquez. On March 31st, he will accept the CMA of Texas Award for Americana Song of the Year for his single, “Speak Love.” Bobby will also perform at the event in Lubbock, Texas, sharing the stage with legends Johnny Rodriguez and Tanya Tucker, as well as, actor/singer Dennis Quaid.
