NASHVILLE, Tenn. – This year’s previously announced “Music City Gives Back” concert, Rodney Atkins’ seventh annual summer jam benefiting W.O. Smith Music School, has changed dates to accommodate the Nashville Predators advancing to the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The event will now serve as the official Nashville hockey tailgate and will take place on Monday, June 5 with music kicking off at 1 p.m. and wrapping just before the game. The hockey match will then broadcast live on the MCGB stage immediately after.

The Music City Gives Back concert will close with multi-Platinum “More Girls Like You” singer/songwriter Kip Moore and will take place at 5th Ave. and Broadway. The tailgate will kick off with an autograph signing by select artists at 10 a.m. where guests can have a drink, get some food and meet their favorite artists.

Atkins will also perform during the June 5 show, with Cole Taylor, Brett Young, Granger Smith, and newly added Walker McGuire rounding out the 2017 lineup.

The concert is free and open to the public.
