Panama City Beach Show Filled With Song, Dance and Patriotism
NASHVILLE, TN — Blue water and white sand were the backdrop for legendary performer Ronnie McDowell’s sold-out weekend show on Panama City Beach at the Holiday Inn Resort. The beautiful night of music and memories will long be one to remember as McDowell, a three term Vietnam War veteran, saluted 92-year-old World War II veteran Freddie Lee White. White not only brought the crowd to their feet with his rendition of the National Anthem, but smiling ear-to-ear, Mr. White twisted the night away on the dance floor as Ronnie McDowell and band brought the house down with their high energy show of country music hits and rock and roll classics.
McDowell upheld his reputation as the ultimate entertainer, traveling from table to table serenading and interacting with fans of every generation. A number of dedicated fans traveled cross country to make the unique summer event which is part of the exclusive country music concert series at the beachfront resort.
In the meantime, McDowell continues to roll out the good times with his latest recordings, Rocket 88 and Bring Back Rock and Roll which he recorded with legends Bill Medley (The Righteous Brothers) and Billy Swan (“I Can Help”). The songs are part of an upcoming EP release on Curb Records.
The music legend also shows his patriotism in his new recording ‘Make America Great Again,’ a collaboration with singer Michael Lusk and The Oak Ridge Boys.
