LOS ANGELES — Today, Triple Tigers Records multi-platinum recording artist Russell Dickerson dropped a super-sized party anthem “It’s About Time,” featuring multi-platinum duo Florida Georgia Line. Making for one of Dickerson’s biggest collaborations to date, the up-beat track is stacked with swaggering verses and a punch-packing hook. A quintessential celebration song, the high-energy release has all the makings of a future tailgate favorite and weekend-warrior staple. “It’s About Time (feat. Florida Georgia Line)” comes just two weeks ahead
of the release of his highly anticipated sophomore album, SOUTHERN SYMPHONY, available worldwide on
December 4.

The release of “It’s About Time” comes on the heels of Russell Dickerson claiming the No. 1 spot on Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay charts for two consecutive weeks with his RIAA gold-certified smash-hit single, “Love You Like I Used To.” With over 132M global streams to date, the track follows his previous back-to-back No.1’s with “Yours,” “Blue Tacoma,” and “Every Little Thing.” His latest No.1 makes Dickerson the first artist to release four consecutive career-starting singles that reached No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart since Luke Combs. He also joins Combs as the second solo artist and fourth act overall to have four or more singles reach No. 1 on the Country Airplay chart since its inception in January 1990.
Dickerson’s upcoming album release, SOUTHERN SYMPHONY, follows the 2017 release of his gold-certified full-length debut YOURS which bowed at No. 5 on the Billboard Top Country Album Chart, No.1 on the Emerging Artist Chart and yielded three consecutive No.1 smashes, including the double platinum, “Yours,” the platinum “Blue Tacoma,” and platinum “Every Little Thing.” The 10-track record was co-produced alongside friend and frequent collaborator Casey Brown and a first-time collaboration with legendary producer, Dann Huff.
