Nashville, Tenn. – The wait is over as rising country singer Ruthie Collins released her long-awaited debut album, Get Drunk and Cry. The project is fueled by Collins’ visual project, “Get Drunk and Cry” The Short Film, which is inspired by her real-life experiences and heartbreak. The critically acclaimed vocalist has already began turning heads within the country music world, being selected as a CMT Next Women of Country artist. The title track has already began to create a stir, recently being added to the New Boots playlist on Spotify. Delivering fresh music with a traditional spin, the edgy singer/songwriter has performed with other country trendsetters like The Band Perry, Jerrod Niemann, Easton Corbin, Dwight Yoakam and more.
In addition to creating music, Collins is also the co-host of the A&E mini-series, “Home.Made.” where the crafty songstress displays quick do-it-yourself projects.
