CLARKSBURG — In a Sacramento summer where thousands of locals have to wait in long lines in the smoldering heat for their chance to get a glimpse at their favorite country acts on some pretty large stages, the quaint family-owned winery of Silt Wine Company in Clarksburg is bringing out two rising stars, sister duo Tigirlily Gold, for one big but intimate night of music among their vines at their annual FELLOW FEST on Friday, September 6th on the grounds at Silt Wine Company.
Tigirlily Gold are this year’s recipient of the prestigious Academy of Country Music (ACM) Award for New Duo of the Year. They are only the second female duo to ever receive this award, joining The Kinley’s who won 26 years ago. Tigirlily Gold has also just released their debut album, BLONDE, and have graced the stage with other well-known Nashville acts such as Brad Paisley, Walker Hayes, and Chris Young, to name a few.
Tickets range from general admission seating (where you can bring a blanket or camping chair) to VIP (perks include free parking and a farm to fork buffet dinner) & even an add on to meet Tigirlily Gold and snap a photo.
In addition to wine flowing and music filling the Clarksburg sunset sky, FELLOW FEST touts an immersive experience where local is king. Area food trucks will be onsite serving up popular Sacramento eats like Italian Brother’s wood fired pizza, PFD Prime Rib sandwiches, and even the Churro Kings cart for sweets lovers. A shoppable vendor fair will also be a highlight of the event, comprised of local makers and artisans such as Sun Kissed & Co., Rancher Hat Bar, Mt. Rainier Creations, and other local favorites.
“It wasn’t too long ago when the Delta breeze brought now country mega star Chris Stapleton out to the Sugar Mill, who at the time performed for a very small audience before he became the beloved super star he is today. What a difference a few years can make! So don’t miss seeing the next big female stars of country music at this year’s FELLOW FEST, bringing you one more way to Enjoy Clarksburg as much as we do!” says Phil Ogilvie, Executive Owner at OMV.
