Emmy-Nominated Producers To Stream 75th Birthday Tribute To Bob Dylan Live From Ryman Auditorium Benefiting Thistle Farms
Nashville, Tenn. – Fans have been clamoring for tickets to Dylan Fest, a star-studded two-day concert celebrating Bob Dylan’s 75th birthday taking place at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium May 23-24, presented by The Best Fest. For those unable to attend the hotly anticipated event in person, there’s good news: the Emmy-nominated producers of acclaimed web series Skyville Live will be the official streaming partners of Dylan Fest, benefiting beloved Nashville institution Thistle Farms.
“The Best Fest team has done it again,” says Bryan Lee, CEO, “and we at Skyville Live are honored to be included in this magical event. We are proud to be able to open the door and invite a worldwide audience into a performance this star-studded, celebrating the legend that is Bob Dylan.”
“We are thrilled and grateful to celebrate the life and legacy of Bob Dylan at the legendary Ryman Auditorium,” says Best Fest founder Austin Scaggs. “To honor Bob and raise money for a wonderful charity is a win-win. And we are very excited to be able to share this special event with Dylan fans tuning in from all around the world.”
With a lineup stacked wall to wall with talent including Emmylou Harris, Jason Isbell, Kacey Musgraves, Kesha, Boz Scaggs, Brendan Benson, and more, Dylan Fest is a perfect fit for the Skyville Live team, who pride themselves on capturing magical collaborations and live-streaming them around the world. Their full HD video stream will be available for fans to view on go90, a free mobile video platform available across all wireless carriers, as well as AOL.
The Skyville Live team is especially proud to support this event as it raises money and awareness for Thistle Farms, a community of women who have survived prostitution, trafficking and addiction. Employing survivors through their Nashville-based social enterprises — including a Home & Body company, Thistle Stop Cafe, artisan studio, and Thistle Farms Global — Thistle Farms includes a two-year residential program and advocacy services for up to 700 women yearly.
