Music business-based organization invites the public to enjoy free event.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID) announced their 18th Annual Crawfish Boil on Tuesday, May 16 beginning at 5:30pm CST. In addition, SOLID is celebrating it’s 20th year as a long-standing partner of the Nashville music community.
SOLID was born in 1997 of a vision to develop a community for music industry professionals to network and brainstorm, while also providing educational opportunities for entry to mid-level professionals. Today, SOLID hosts on-going events to connect those in the music industry via fundraisers, education panels and events like the Crawfish Boil.
“The Crawfish Boil is one of the events we get most excited about throughout the year – especially this year, as it’s our 20th year as an organization,” said Basak Kizilisik, president of SOLID. “It gives us an opportunity to spend time with our friends in the music industry community in a laid-back, outdoor environment. We bought extra crawfish this year, and our buddies at Lagunitas were kind enough to provide a ton of beer.”
The event will take place in the Sony/ATV parking lot – 8 Music Square West, Nashville, Tenn. 37203. Admission is free, as well as food and drinks. Food will be provided by Papa Bordreaux Catering and beer will be provided by Lagunitas.
