Nashville, TN – Watershed Music And Camping Festival closed out an unforgettable weekend Sunday night (8/5), as a sold-out crowd basked in three-days of first-class country music. The festival has built a revered reputation among artists and fans for its truly breathtaking setting, a loyal community-culture dubbed “‘Shedders” and a bucket-list, uniquely-crafted experience.
Fans went wild on Friday as festivities kicked off in true Watershed-style offering many performance highlights throughout the day. Showcasing the eclectic lineup, fans descended upon The Gorge Amphitheater to catch Clint Black’s hit-filled set and wrapped the night on a high with headliner Blake Shelton’s roaring performance. The ecstatic crowd was also thrilled by a surprise appearance from Gwen Stefani.
Brantley Gilbert headlined on Saturday with an energetic show. His performance followed a day full of festivities that showcased the special nature of the festival, including a brand-new activity called “The Dating Game” that saw Watershed play cupid with fans hoping to meet a special someone. Attendees were also encouraged across the weekend to participate in an initiative known as “The Gorge-ous Trading Post,” where fans could trade their empty plastic bottles and cans for prizes as an effort to help better the environment.
Sunday closed out at full pace with a rousing set from headliner Brad Paisley, with Watershed Festival continuing to prove why it is “one of the can’t-miss musical events of the season. With the natural beauty of the Gorge and the Columbia River, it’s a sonic and a visual treat.” (Billboard)
