NASHVILLE, TN – Shreveport, Louisiana-bred James LeBlanc first picked up the guitar at age seven and by the time he hit 18, the young man knew he wanted to pursue his dream of living and working in the music business. His first major opportunity arose in the form of Rick and Rodney Hall, the proprietors of FAME Enterprises in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. They signed LeBlanc to a production and publishing contract with their company. It wasn’t long before he began having his songs recorded by some of the best in the business including Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney and others.
In 2000, LeBlanc co-wrote the hit song “Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde” for Travis Tritt. He also co-wrote the hits “Relentless” for Jason Aldean from the album of the same name in 2007 and “Learning How To Bend” for Gary Allan the same year. More recent collaborations include work with Thompson Square, Jo Dee Messina, Martina McBride and more.
All in all, LeBlanc’s songs have been featured on albums which have sold over 25 million copies. 2017 marks a new chapter in the talented songwriter’s story – he will be releasing his first album of solo material in 10 years, Nature Of The Beast. It also marks his alliance with top Nashville production/publishing/record label organization Dreamlined Entertainment.
LeBlanc asserts, “I’m ready for what comes next! I’m so excited to be a part of the Dreamlined Entertainment team!”
Now is the time for this hit maker to shine in his own spotlight under the guidance of a new team. Nature Of The Beast is scheduled for a June 16th release.
