Special Tribute Set was Filmed at The Station Inn
Tune in for a special “Telluride” Sam Bush Band video that will be streaming on bluegrass.com, and a variety of other places, on Saturday, June 20 at 7:00 p.m. MDT. The video is a special set from the band to recognize Sam’s 46 consecutive years at the festival, the wonderful community of Planet Bluegrass crew, and the Festivarians who make the trek every year.
The performance was filmed at The Station Inn by the Dark Shadow Recording video team and edited by Stephen Mougin.
Stephen’s single “I’m Gonna Ride”, off his album Ordinary Soul, can be seen around the 25-minute mark in the video.
Stephen has been a member of the Sam Bush Band since 2006.
“It was a true joy to musically reconnect with my Sam Bush Band brothers. The Telluride Bluegrass Festival is always the highlight of my year and, though I’m sad to miss it, I’m really thankful that we were able to “participate.” Special thanks to Planet Bluegrass along with Sam and Lynn Bush for entrusting me with the video capture and edit.
