THE CADILLAC THREE SET TO ROCK “THE SOUTH” ON LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS
Raucous Trio Make National Television Debut on September 20
US Dates with Florida Georgia Line Leading Up to Fall Headline Tour in Europe
NASHVILLE, TN – Creating music together since their rowdy high school days, THE CADILLAC THREE will display instinctive sonic tendencies that have garnered praise across the globe during their national television debut on NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers Tuesday, September 20 at 12:35/11:35C. The Nashville natives are slated to perform “The South,” a fan-favorite that Rolling Stone Country deems, “the trio’s signature, with singer Jaren Johnston leading crowds from the Deep South to the U.K. in its refrain…” Superstar friends Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley and Eli Young Band’s Mike Eli joined TC3 for a recorded version featured on their latest studio album.
The Grammy®-nominated, chart-topping frontman and his musical comrades – Neil Mason (percussion) and Kelby Ray (lap steel) – have seen a wave of worldwide support since releasing BURY ME IN MY BOOTS on Big Machine Records last month. Classic Rock calls the 14-track project a “’…generous slice of southern class from a band worth sticking with.” Catapulting on the iTunes Top Albums Charts to #2 Country and #5 All Genre in the US while taking #1 Country in Canada and dominating for two weeks in the UK, Toronto SUN surmises, “The Cadillac Three made a strong impression with some finely crafted Southern rock nuggets in the vein of Kings of Leon and Lynyrd Skynyrd.” Daily Mirror makes a similar comparison calling TC3, “Booze bolstered country rockers in the vein of early Kings Of Leon.”
Each member of the Music City-born-and-bred troupe offered songwriting credits to “one of the most highly anticipated country albums of 2016” (The Boston Globe) that “pushes everything into the red with its Southern-fried boogie, sludgy grooves and beer-battered odes to the good life” (Nashville Scene). While the SUN CHAIN proclaimed, “their sharp songcraft, hard-edged twang and irrepressible wit bring you back for seconds.”
In addition to their own catalogue, TC3 have penned hits for Jake Owen, Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Miranda Lambert and more. A collection Songs Jaren Wrote is available on Spotify. They are consistently a musical force that’s “edgy, sexy, and a little rough” (All Access), proving “Nashville raised The Cadillac Three right” (CMT.com) even as new audiences experience their sound.
The guys were named 2014 UK Classic Rock Roll of Honour: Best New Band, became the most played new band on Planet Rock in 2015, filmed exclusive live versions of their songs at the legendary Abbey Road studios in London, and have sold-out every show in the UK over the last two years at famous venues like O2 Academy Islington, Dingwalls, The Garage and Electric Ballroom in Camden. TC3 will wrap up dates in the US with Florida Georgia Line’s DIG YOUR ROOTS TOUR before returning to Europe for their headline Don’t Forget The Whiskey Tour this November. Tickets are available now through Live Nation.
