The Roads Below Release New Single “Where That Tattoo Ends”

OUT SEPTEMBER 1ST ON WAR ROAD MUSIC

AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE LISTEN HERE

Where That Tattoo Ends is the new single from Nashville’s very own, The Roads Below, following the nostalgic romance of their previous single, Should’ve Been Me

A driving anthem of moody country rock, Where That Tattoo Ends is the perfect soundtrack for smoke-filled bars and stolen glances. Carried on gentle waves of slinky guitars and keys, vocalist/ guitarist Phil Evans pleads with the mystery girl capturing his affections — “You’re the perfect canvas. Gotta see it with my hands. Gotta know where you begin and that tattoo ends.”

Evans says, “I wrote this song about a girl I met at a bar called The Paper Moon. At the me I wasn’t used to a female having more tattoos than me. The art on her body told me stories about her life, which brought to the surface a lot of similarities between the two of us. She caught me off guard, and played off the fact that she was so unique to me. That night led to a second date, which led to a song, which holds a memory. More than skin deep.”

Where That Tattoo Ends is the newest track in one band’s quest for total country domination. With no major label or promo on, The Roads Below has organically built a buzz resulting in over 6 Million streams on their track I Want Us, and a loyal following of over 80k Monthly Listeners and steadily growing. The band has been described as a mix of modern country with a rock sensibility.

Where That Tattoo Ends is available for download/streaming here.

The Roads Below is Phil Evans (vocals, guitar), Max Martilik (guitar), and Seth Van Dusen (bass).
