THOMAS RHETT ELEVATES RED-HOT SOPHOMORE ALBUM WITH UPCOMING RELEASE OF
TANGLED UP DELUXE – OUT 10/28
The Multi-CMA Nominee Offers Up Next Single “Star Of The Show” as One of Five New Tracks
NASHVILLE, TN – Multi-CMA nominee THOMAS RHETT heightens the success of his PLATINUM certified sophomore album’s “retro, soul-inspired danceable mix of arena-sized tunes and hooky melodies” (Associated Press) with the upcoming release of TANGLED UP DELUXE (The Valory Music Co.), available on October 28. The 18-track album is filled with party anthems, dance tunes, drinking songs, love ballads and five never-before-heard tracks including his new single “Star Of The Show” and a remix of his ACM and Billboard Music Award winning “Die A Happy Man” feat. Tori Kelly. This Friday (9/30), “Star Of The Show” will impact Country radio and fans can pre-order the new DELUXE collection.
“’Star of the Show’ is one of those songs that I have lived with for a while and kept coming up as a song we needed to record and get to the fans,” said Thomas Rhett. “I wrote it with my dad right after I got married, and it was the first song I ever wrote about Lauren. It was a staple in our set before we had any hits and fans still request it to this day. The Deluxe allows us to thank our fans for an incredible year by putting out a few new songs like this one, and also by reworking a couple of favorites by adding some friends into the mix.”
Produced by Thomas Rhett and a combination of music’s most respected and fresh talent, the dynamic singer has already proven he is unafraid to blur the lines between genres. The album has produced three chart-toppers including the 2X PLATINUM, six-week #1 and ACM award-winning “Die A Happy Man” as well as PLATINUM certified #1’s “T-Shirt” and “Crash And Burn.” For a preview of the new music and highlights of its chart-topping hits, click here.
