McGraw and Hill’s Album Launch Week Includes Special Honors and Appearances
Showtime’s First Ever Country Music Concert Film Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul Aired Friday Night
Nashville, TN –On Friday (11/17), Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, GRAMMY®-winning superstars, released their first album together The Rest of Our Life. The 11-song collection released by Sony Music Entertainment under the Arista Nashville/McGraw Music imprint is available everywhere now.
The new album, produced by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill along with two of Nashville’s most accomplished producers Byron Gallimore and Dann Huff, features the current single and title track charting #31 and #34 respectively in Country Aircheck/Mediabase and Billboard issues this week. The romantic hit was penned by Ed Sheeran, Amy Wadge, Johnny McDaid, and Steve Mac. Fans may stream the stunning new music video for “The Rest of Our Life,” directed by Grant Singer, HERE.
Also included on The Rest of Our Life album is the CMA Award-nominated first single, “Speak to a Girl,” co-written by Shy Carter, Dave Gibson and Joe Spargur. Directed by Sophie Muller, the clip can be viewed HERE.
A bevy of key honors and appearances preceded and coincide with the release of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s The Rest of Our Life. As previously announced, Showtime Networks aired the concert special Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul Friday night at 9pm ET/PT on SHOWTIME, on-air, on demand and over the internet. This marks the first ever county music concert film for the network.
On Tuesday, November 14, McGraw and Hill received the Legends of Live Award at the Billboard Touring Conference in Beverly Hills, in recognition of the impact of their Soul2Soul 2017 World Tour.
Friday marked the opening of the Tim McGraw and Faith Hill exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. In honor of McGraw and Hill, an exhibit preview reception was held on Wednesday, November 15.
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s week of multiple TV appearances started off with their CBS Sunday Morning feature, which was viewed by over 6 million on November 12. This episode’s airing marks the second consecutive week Sunday’s #1 morning show was watched by 6 million plus; view it HERE.
